Livin' & Lovin' Life QuintessentialLife in this world is a neverending rollercoaster ride. The up's and down's, the slow and fast. The occassional unexpected things that can fly at your face from nowhere. All we can do is sit back, Relax, Enjoy the thrills of it all! May 16 Aussie PM urges nation to pray for rainI seriously do not intend any offence to anyone whatsoever. But the news headline seriously made me laugh out loud. It's the first time personally I've seen in a secular context where a leader asks his people to pray for divine intervention!
But seriously, to be out of options to come to that... nothing would make the difference but divine intervention. Shows however advanced our technology, however wealthy we are, we'll die without water from the heavens.
So the lesson is, time to stop talking about climate change... but acting on it. It may be steamy without the airconditioner, but come on, your body can sweat to keep cool. So turn the aircon off! NOW! NOW! :D
Something I need to do is separate my trash... simple as having 3 labelled bins in my room. Done. trash will be separated and recycled from today.
Change comes in little steps. let's stop talking, start the actions that's gonna make a difference. It may be little and small but come on... we gotta do it now. Otherwise you and your country will be next to pray for rain.

I lost 3 kilos. (Yay!!)
... I lost all sensation in my toes (Ouch!) I'm on my feet and on the go most of the time. Anyone know of good comfy shoes at affordable prices, lemme know!!
... My most comfy flat soled shoes fell apart. (*sob*) Couldn't handle the amount of walking my feet had to do.
... Made a decent commission, for a noobie. (hehe!)
... Got to know about 3 different product campaigns. Spearheading a new one this week and I must say we're taking off to a darn good start! (Yahoo!)
... Passed Stage 1 Cycle of Development. (Yaay!!) Next up, stage 2 leadership here I come!
... Went to Kuala Lumpur Rally. That was an interesting awards night. LOUD, FUN, INSPIRING!
... For the love of God, talked to sooooo many people I've lost count.
... Most important!! Learnt a lot about sales. More to come, more to prove, more to learn yet ;)
... Expanded my vocabulary of Mandarin. Have yet to make a sales pitch in Chinese tho. Next week for sure will give it a try! hah! that will be interesting.
... Got used to waking up oh so early in the morning!! (Yaaawwwn!) And these days with such cold weather it takes guts to shower at freakin' 5 in the morning. I go into a perpetual shivering stage for 10 mins even with hot water.

... spoke to lots of business owners who really break convention. Education level of primary or secondary, yet making half a million every year. Why do we go to school again??
(Seriously, when I have kids, I'm gonna home school them by making them run a profit-making business.)
So all in all, aside from my aching blistered feet, work life is great. Social life unfortunately, a bit lagging behind. Anyone throwing a party, call me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12.31: Jumped for joy!! Passed all papers and I get to graduate. Goodbye Uni, hello career!
15:00: returned a call from a company for a job interview
15:01: Job interview arranged!
19:45: Received recommendation letter from Nacho, thanks so much! couldn't ask for more... seriously!
Conclusions:
1) Prayers WORKS!! :D
2) Good things from divine intervention comes in THREES! All praise be to THEE!
This rollercoaster ride ends on a high note! After 4.5 years of some arduous climbs, some shoes flying at your face from nowhere, some near free falls, some complete stops and going nowhere.... this rollercoaster ride ends...
